Cantron Electronics has been heavily involved with the medical repair industry in the Western Cape and throughout South Africa. We have also designed and manufactured several medical products for our own market as well as on specification for selected clients. We presently hold several service agencies for international products. ( Infusion pumps, Blood cell separators etc)

We have repaired and serviced thousands of different medical machines for both local government and private hospital. This has been our core business for the last nine years. We repair equipment on a component level which translates to huge cost savings. See Repairs.

We have in the past tackled many projects involving the refurbishment of condemned or non-functional medical equipment. This has sometimes resulted in the complete modernising of old or obsolete control circuitry. Mechanical engineering is done outside our factory by reputable companies.
